With agility and national reach, the project donated R$200 to families in verified need, allowing for the purchase of essential items such as food, medicine, and cooking gas.
In total, the action impacted over 10,000 families, with 2,000 of these through the participation of the Instituto Justiça, prioritized based on data from IBGE and indicated by local leaders.
This was an emergency and innovative mobilization that acted quickly and focused on those who needed it most. In recognition of its impact, the Zap do Bem was awarded 3rd place in the Tele.Síntese Yearbook of Innovation in Communications 2020.
The project ended at the end of 2020, but left as a legacy the example of how collaboration between technology, civil society, and organizations can transform realities in an agile and efficient way.
