During the most critical months of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Instituto Justiça (IJ) joined the Zap do Bem initiative to support families in situations of social vulnerability and food insecurity.

With agility and national reach, the project donated BRL 200 to families in proven need, enabling the purchase of essential items such as food, medications, and cooking gas.
Overall, the initiative impacted more than 10,000 families, with 2,000 of them reached through the participation of Instituto Justiça, prioritized based on IBGE data and referred by local leaders.
This was an emergency and innovative mobilization that acted quickly and with a focus on those who needed it most. In recognition of its reach, Zap do Bem was awarded 3rd place in the Tele Yearbook. Innovation in Communications Synthesis 2020.
The project concluded at the end of 2020, leaving as its legacy an example of how collaboration between technology, civil society, and organizations can transform realities in an agile and efficient way.
